Roncesvalles House

With the exception of some windows, this 1920’s row house had not been updated since the early 1960’s. Only a complete renovation could bring this well-located home back to life.

New design elements included an open concept main floor, changing the layout of the master bedroom including vaulting the ceiling, opening up a masonry wall allowing light in from a rear mudroom, and adding a second three piece bathroom in the basement. New electrical, plumbing, drains, HVAC, and insulation on exterior walls/roof created value. The hardwood on the second floor was saved and restored. Other features included a drain water heat recovery pipe, electrifying the detached garage, new roofing, millwork, cabinetry, lighting, landscaping, and a restored front porch.
