This 800sq.ft. condo had been a rental unit and needed a major makeover. With a tight budget of $15K, attention was paid to increasing the property value by concentrating on the kitchen and baths. To address this challenge kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities where saved but modified. New granite countertops where added in the kitchen and the cabinetry was sent out for painting. Appliances were exchanged with modern stainless steel ones and a new large sink with facet were added. Bathrooms got new counters, sinks and faucets. Bedrooms received new carpeting. Finishing touches included new hardware, paint in each room, and lighting throughout, including pots. The condo went into a multiple offer situation and sold over asking in less then a week.
